Monthly BHRT membership includes the following: Access to your provider, after hours messaging, custom hormone optimization planning, discount pricing on labs, discount pricing on compounded prescriptions, discounts on supplements, and 3 free telehealth visits per year (this can be used for sick care, med refills, etc.)​ **Added BONUS: Weight loss plans are discounted for BHRT members!! The initial visit is $300 which includes: cost of labs, lab review, initial hormone optimization plan, lifestyle and diet recommendations **Option for mobile/in-home initial visit for additional $50 fee

Weight loss membership includes the following: lab review, evaluation for appropriateness for the program, customized weight loss plan, weight loss medication and injectable supplies, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, discounted cash labs, and discounts on supplements.

The initial visit is $200 which includes: lab review, body composition evaluation, initial weight loss plan, lifestyle and diet recommendations **All weight loss visits can be virtual. Body composition evaluation must be done in the clinic** The first month membership fee of $300 will be due if you decide to join

The initial visit for BHRT must be in-person with the choice of meeting the provider at our location or have the provider come to you in the privacy of your home. Follow up BHRT visits are virtual. Initial visit and all follow up visits for weight loss are virtual.
