Laura Fletcher proudly served as a Major in the United States Air Force for eight years, with a distinguished career that took her to Washington DC, England, and Arizona. She also had the honor of deploying to East Africa with special operations in a joint task force environment.
Laura graduated from the University of South Alabama with a double master’s degree and holds board certifications in emergency medicine and family medicine. She has furthered her expertise by studying functional medicine at The Institute of Functional Medicine and attending World Link, where she specialized in hormone health and natural approaches to healing the body.
With a passion for understanding the body’s innate ability to heal itself, Laura is dedicated to promoting true preventative health. Her journey to becoming a nurse practitioner was inspired by 18 years of witnessing the impact of unhealthy foods, medications, and stress, as well as the personal loss of her brother at age 48 due to the consequences of the standard American diet, lack of exercise, and years of unmanaged stress. This experience deepened her commitment to helping others create environments where the body can thrive naturally.
Outside of her professional life, Laura enjoys hiking, strength training, running, and spending time with her family and friends. Her enthusiasm and dedication make her a perfect fit to help change the lives of so many.
